COVID-19 OFFICE UPDATE


Our office will reopen to the public for document recording on
March 8, 2021.

Masks are required to enter the office.

For the safety of our employees, we ask that you try to conduct business remotely if possible.  If you need to visit the office to conduct a title search, you will need to schedule an appointment.  Please email recorder@bcohio.us or call (513) 887-3200.  We will be limiting the number of persons allowed in our office at the same time.  Office appointments are provided for accessing information that is not available on our online search.

Our online search is available 24/7 with indexes and images from 1987 to present.  Deed books 1026 and up are availble by entering the book/page reference.  This includes deeds from 1973-1986.

If you are in need of indexes or copies prior to 1987, please email our office at recorder@bcohio.us.  We will make every attempt to try and accommodate you via email, fax or mail.  We will be suspending our $2.00 per page copy fee for this service.  

The following books were shipped off-site for scanning on February 11, 2021.  We will still be able to provide copies of these documents, but will have to pull the copies from microfilm.

This may result in a slight delay in receiving these copies.
